You will need to pay 30% of the total by T/T or cash in order to confirm your reservation. The remainder of the payment will be settled directly with the owner of the residences in cash and or by transfer before or when move in.
You will also be requested to provide a security deposit which will be refunded to you at the end of your stay.
Your confirmation payment (30% of the total) will be refunded in full if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
The client forfeits the entire confirmation payment if he or she cancels within 30 days of arrival
You are required to pay a security deposit of HK$2000. This is to protect the owner against any damages or acts of vandalism. You have the option of providing your security deposit:
· by remittance BEFORE your arrival or
· in cash when you arrive at the residences.
When you arrive at the residences, the owner should have you sign an inventory of the property and the state of the residences. It's in your interest to read the list, verify its content and note any discrepancies. The same list should be cosigned by you and the owner at the end of your stay.
What's included in your rental?
There are no extra or hidden charges for your rental. The amount you pay covers:
·Apartment, towels, electricity, water, gas, local telephone line, Wi Fi internet, international TV programs, general cleaning services and linen services.
: Wheel-chair is accessible
: No pets residences. Will forfeit deposit if quest breaches the policy.
: Free mattress or sofa bed will be provided if more people come.
: Baby Cot, children table and chairs can be provided if available.
